With over 25 years of experience in film, television, and video production, Neal Bennett continues to balance freelance media work with his passion for teaching. His ability to stay actively involved in the industry allows him to bring cutting-edge technology, workflows, and industry trends directly into the classroom, ensuring his students receive a real-world education.

Neal has worked on a diverse range of film and television productions, including:

Recent ProjectsNeal recently completed production on two video series featuring Rutgers President Jonathan Holloway.Faces & VoicesByrne Seminar Series: Citizenship, Institutions, and the PublicAdditionally, he produced a documentary for the B1G Network on the 1983 Rutgers Women’s AIAW Basketball Championship Team and the impact of Title IX.Neal is also a producer on the documentary Wild Lands Wild Horses, a film exploring the beauty, history, and conservation efforts surrounding America’s wild mustangs and the public lands they inhabit.Teaching & MentorshipNeal is currently teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in media production and video editing, both online and in-person. His work in education merges practical industry experience with hands-on learning, preparing students for careers in a rapidly evolving media landscape.
